Arlington

Raintree, Arlington Neighborhood

Wesley Commons presents a tranquil residential area with calm surroundings and low traffic noise levels. The neighborhood features predominantly single detached homes, small apartment buildings, duplexes, and townhouses, constructed primarily around 1979. Daily errands are easy to complete thanks to numerous nearby businesses and convenient access to restaurants. Education options include close proximity to several primary schools, making schooling within reach. Commuting is simple due to easy access to nearby highways and plentiful parking options. Although bike lanes are limited, the neighborhood benefits from well-distributed parks in surrounding areas, providing ample opportunities for outdoor relaxation and recreation close by.

Wesley Commons has a character that caters to a fairly diverse group of people. Although the atmosphere is not the most lively in this part of Arlington with the nightlife venues in nearby neighborhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located very close by. Wesley Commons is great for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. There are a few green spaces close by for residents to visit, including Randol Mill Park and O.S. Gray Natural Area, and they are very well-situated, which makes it easy to get to them.
